SHIPPING POLICY:

We offer domestic shipping. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days (we ship even quicker in many cases). Our items typically go USPS ground or priority depending on the item. You will be notified as soon as your purchase is packaged with tracking information. Thank you again for your support!

RETURN POLICY: Returns or Exchanges WITHIN THE UNITED STATES can be accepted within 7 days with receipt of purchase for unused product with tags still attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges for perishable items or apothecary items.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international order.

Online Return Policy: Merchandise purchased between 11/14-12/31 must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase with the receipt for store credit. If items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (tags attached and items unworn and unwashed), we can not offer store credit. Cost of shipping will be deducted from your return to cover the costs of the label. Upon approval, you will receive an email with a gift card for store credit in the original amount of your item(s) at time of purchase. No price adjustments. No refunds will be given to original form of payment. No refund/exchange for cash on gift cards.
